Brett brings more than 10 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate, and construction management. His background includes overseeing multi-tenant commercial properties, managing vendors and maintenance projects, handling property financials, and fostering strong tenant relationships through proactive, service-oriented management.
Prior to joining Henry Group Real Estate, Brett managed properties and represented clients in commercial transactions, gaining valuable insight into both ownership and tenant needs. His hands-on construction management experience enhances his ability to efficiently evaluate repairs, coordinate vendors, and ensure properties are well-maintained and operating smoothly.
